Start it yourself !!

Many times we rely on external factors like money,resouces,words of appraisal form others to stay motivated .The biggest question is what if no one cares to do any of the above mentioned for you? External factors have a role to play in motivation but true motivation begins from the inner self and is complemeted by external factors times you don`t need external factors.As such you need to appraise yourself for the positive you do nomatter how small a task you have done.This usually gives one an inner sweet feeling of success.So we dont need to achieve big in order to be motivated,instead motivation should be a daily process.Start by doing good things were you are and give room for new challenges.Remember to reward and appraise yourself for your efforts.

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around.The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years,scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

Does the world still have visionary leaders?

Visionary leaders are people who do not just paint a picture, but those that paint it and explain it! The whole essence of visionary leadership is rooted in one`s ability to effectively share their vision to others in such that even in their absence what they sought to achieve is achieved by others. The good thing about vision sharing is that you do not need to be there for your vision to be achieved. Most importantly you have to tackle all limitations and turn your tragedies into triumphs. The world has its own standards of determining hero and heroine status but to me it is those leaders that have turned their tragedies into triumphs and dark nights into victory that I believe deserve the status. My journey through the African Sketches

"Motivation is spiritual leadership is viral" is a personal statement that I live with, it defines who I am and summarizes my life purpose as a motivational/leadership writer. Now that the book African Sketches has been launched and published, I have set a standard and have left a land mark in the field of writing.
