Motivation as is an emotion that propels people to act, think and achieve beyond the obvious. I believe it is spiritual. It gives people the ability to do things even if they don’t feel like doing so .Motivation is action oriented, it raises our expectations in life and makes us want to continue walking towards success. Visionary leaders are people who do not just paint a picture, but those that paint it and explain it! The whole essence of visionary leadership is rooted in one`s ability to effectively share their vision to others in such that even in their absence what they sought to achieve is achieved by others. The good thing about vision sharing is that you do not need to be there for your vision to be achieved. Most importantly you have to tackle all limitations and turn your tragedies into triumphs. Success lies not in your potential, but your perfomance.We are judged based on what we are doing now and not what we are capable of doing later ,so do the best now, don`t reserve it for the future.The future is influenced by the present ,thus there is a relationship between what we invest in now and what we might probably get .So act now for procastination is indeed a lazy man`s apology.

A beautiful girl in dirty clothes is still  beautiful likewise  an ugly girl in clean clothes exhibits an ugly image .To be an effective leader you need to work on the inside ,have self examination .This then influences the image or perception that people have about you.You might be dressed in rags but what you will change the angle of view that people see you from.A bare footed competitor in an athletics competition can conquer participants wearing the latest sports shoes,its not about what you but what you can do about it . Successful people deal with their internal part of life first then they move to other areas.
