Visionary leaders are people who do not just paint a picture, but those that paint it and explain it! The whole essence of visionary leadership is rooted in one`s ability to effectively share their vision to others in such that even in their absence what they sought to achieve is achieved by others. The good thing about vision sharing is that you do not need to be there for your vision to be achieved. Most importantly you have to tackle all limitations and turn your tragedies into triumphs. The world has its own standards of determining hero and heroine status but to me it is those leaders that have turned their tragedies into triumphs and dark nights into victory that I believe deserve the status. "Motivation is spiritual leadership is viral" is a personal statement that I live with, it defines who I am and summarizes my life purpose as a motivational/leadership writer. Now that the book African Sketches has been launched and published, I have set a standard and have left a land mark in the field of writing. The book is my gift to the world .What many people have been interested in ,is how I did it .On that note let me shed some light and say that it is the process that matters the most that the results. I have learnt a lot in the process of writing especially the editing part of it. This is largely because when you write and get to a point where you are content but an editor (in this case Christopher Mlalazi) disagrees with part of your line of thinking and gets some  work deleted in a process called removing the dead wood .This was a painfull process but it was for the best and i ahve learnt that we write better when we allow for critcism and ...

The power of motivation is the positive feeling that we give to others ,that jump- starter ,that push ,that support,that understanding,that voice that says to someone :"Yes you can do it " makes a difference on a daily basis .The power of what we say to others has the potential of nurturing great leaders or to totally destroy them ,for indeed there is power in what we say .As such a good leaders have the ability to motivate ,to acknowledge and appraise good perfomance that is  done by others Motivation is spiritual and leadership is viral.Motivation is not a new subject but an old theory which is still practical and relevant in both leadership and management   today,tomorrow and in the future.Stay motivated!!

The whole essence of self motivation rests upon your being you ,being yourself and living life to the fullest in such a way that expresses no one but you!The way we perseive our selfves forms a key part of who or what we become .Our lives are vested on what we persieve of ourselves ,for we become what we think of ourselves.We are a mirror image of what we percieve of ourselves.Many have spent a lifetime living others peoples lives.Self motivation begings when we start appreaciating who we are and working towards improving our image ,social relationships and most importantly achieving through turning our tragedies into triumphs.Self motivation is catalysed when we also accept others and give them a room to share their vison with us.For being human is just having the freedom to be yourself ,not caring about what other people say or think, having that freedom to be yourself .For if you seize to be your self them who are you?Whose life are living...

When people walk away from your life let them go.. .It doesnt mean they are bad people but it means their part in your life is over.Stop begging people to stay ,let them go ...If your are invoveld in a wrong relationship or addiction let it go...If you keep trying to help someone who wont even help themselves let it go .If you are in a job that does not allow you to realise your full potential ,let it go.Let the past be the past,you have got to know when to let go and possible deal with the memories that come or go with them.Such is life let it go for God has better plans for you.
