If you face tragedies and turn them into triumphs
If you see opportunities in challenges
If you believe in change and change other peoples lives
If you believe in yourself  and give room for others to believe

You are my hero ,my heroine
Your vision is for the nation
Oh yes!you are not only my hero ,my heroine
But a force to reckon with ,a source of inspiration
A calabash of wisdom
The world needs many of your kind

Does the world still have visionary leaders?

Visionary leaders are people who do not just paint a picture, but those that paint it and explain it! The whole essence of visionary leadership is rooted in one`s ability to effectively share their vision to others in such that even in their absence what they sought to achieve is achieved by others. The good thing about vision sharing is that you do not need to be there for your vision to be achieved. Most importantly you have to tackle all limitations and turn your tragedies into triumphs. The world has its own standards of determining hero and heroine status but to me it is those leaders that have turned their tragedies into triumphs and dark nights into victory that I believe deserve the status. My journey through the African Sketches

"Motivation is spiritual leadership is viral" is a personal statement that I live with, it defines who I am and summarizes my life purpose as a motivational/leadership writer. Now that the book African Sketches has been launched and published, I have set a standard and have left a land mark in the field of writing. The book is my gift to the world .What many people have been interested in ,is how I did it .On that note let me shed some light and say that it is the process that matters the most that the results. I have learnt a lot in the process of writing especially the editing part of it.
