Attitude changes everything

Your mental attitude is key to self motivation .Replace your old persimistic attitude with a brand new attitude of taking challenges,this way you are able to move your goal post.Motivation is increased by the setting of a large goal post,if your major goals are to small and vague they fail to exite your imagination and you easily give up .Remember Its not what a goal is that matters but what a goal does ."Its not that you cant but that you havent"That you havent tried doing something does not mean you cant do it.You only need to change your mental attitude for it informs your external action and degree to which you exert influence.

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around.The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years,scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

Does the world still have visionary leaders?

Visionary leaders are people who do not just paint a picture, but those that paint it and explain it! The whole essence of visionary leadership is rooted in one`s ability to effectively share their vision to others in such that even in their absence what they sought to achieve is achieved by others. The good thing about vision sharing is that you do not need to be there for your vision to be achieved. Most importantly you have to tackle all limitations and turn your tragedies into triumphs. The world has its own standards of determining hero and heroine status but to me it is those leaders that have turned their tragedies into triumphs and dark nights into victory that I believe deserve the status. My journey through the African Sketches

"Motivation is spiritual leadership is viral" is a personal statement that I live with, it defines who I am and summarizes my life purpose as a motivational/leadership writer. Now that the book African Sketches has been launched and published, I have set a standard and have left a land mark in the field of writing. The book is my gift to the world .What many people have been interested in ,is how I did it .On that note let me shed some light and say that it is the process that matters the most that the results. I have learnt a lot in the process of writing especially the editing part of it.
