A dream of cities with skyscrapping tall buildings threatening to fall
Money making ,nation building,cars skidding

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around.The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years,scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

The influence in a leader

Every song comes from another song, every leader succeeds another, every story end is the beginning of another, every person is from a successfully fertilised sperm and every story repeats and continues another. Likewise success breeds success and so shall the sperm of success when natured, monitored and groomed well it shall produce success. The power of influence can only be useful when put into motion , the same applies with leaders who have influence but don’t direct it towards transforming societies. The power of influence however cannot function without the necessary environment.Influencial leaders are people who are able to create a conducive environment for them to exert that influence, they don’t force people to buy into their vision but their works act as a bait to lure followers.
