Don`t wait for opportunities.Create them !!

They say you have : to lose yourself in the moment ,live the moment and seize the moment, for opportunity knocks once in a life time .Yes opportunities are many but there are those that breed more opportunities, those that  change our lives in a positive manner, those that motivate and inspire others. When an opportunity knocks do not just "open " the doors ,instead open them wide and explore. Many of us come across opportunities but give up along the way .You will agree with me  that we let go of a lot of opportunities because we are expected to complete application forms,to meet the required qualifications ,to carry out medical tests and at times to posses certain specific traits .At times we are even expected to move from our comfort zone  and  in worst cases we have to compromise on our personal values. All theses challenges tend to hinder many of us  from fully exploiting our potential .Such challenges shut us out and reduce our success possibilities, but if we approach opportunities with the future in mind ,if we start with the end in mind we will realize that we are powerful beyond measure. My first trip to Europe (Sweden ) was a challenging one as i had to pay  for a number of  expenses including the visa .I had to mobilize both financial and non financial resources.Back then i was still unemployed ,as a result i had to humble myself and carry a sponsorship sheet and ask for contributions from those that i knew and in many instances from people i did not even know.It was indeed a tough and somewhat embarrassing  period but because i had the future in mind i humbled myself. I did everything that was required to make  my participation in the World Youth Convention a reality.  It was from that time in 2010 that more opportunities have come my way and i have explored the world, with Denmark and Lebanon being my recently visited places due to my leadership abilities and motivational speaking passion .All you need to do is to compliment the opportunity with efforts .When opportunities are fully exploited your motivation is increased and you are able to set big and powerful goals .For its not what a goal is that matters but what a goal does .Beyond waiting and seeking opportunities you have to create them yourself .So start now and be creative !!

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler  ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around. The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years, scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for  the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

Hour glass

"Again, again!" a voice echoed in my head "on 3 ok, 1-2-3" at that cue I felt electricity run through my body and I wished I could scream. The voice went on but slowly fading away, the beeps and the noises their shoes made too. Eventually it was totally silent and nothing made a sound. Scared to open my eyes because I had no memory of what had happened last I heard voices. The more I heard the voices the more I got scared, then that beeping sound again, now a little irritating then the voices got louder and louder. Curiously I slowly opened my eyes with a soft groan to the light in my eyes. Looking around I could tell I was in a theatre, four nurses and a doctor stood around a bed and the doctor's voice dominated the room with him giving orders. As the nurses rushed around I moved closer to get a good look at what was happening, though it seemed impossible for anyone to have missed me no one seemed to notice me. As I got closer to the bed fear gripped me and
