"A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul"

"A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul".There is more to what we get after working passionately and effortlessly than when we deliberately  take short cuts. Many a times we are demotivated because we take short cuts,we cheat and pretend to be who we are not .We abuse other people`s names in order to advance our  own individual and personal interests. Now what happens when you finally get to the victory lap, when you are finally honored for what you do not deserve ? Well i know it depends on how much of a cheat and pretender you are but the truth is that you do not feel sweet inside but instead you sweat.Remember that before we are honored we have to be humble,we have to take the long route and avoid cheating .A simple Biblical instruction is as follows :
"Humble yourself before the Lord  and he will lift you up "(James 4 verse 10)

Wisdom is found in those who take advice, likewise lets take this my advice seriously.Always take note that   "before honor is humility".Yes we have to be humble at all times because you will never know who the next person is or will be.I am sure we all have heard of stories of people having started from humle begginings, well we all don`t have to be like that because situations differ. However, nomatter the situation it pays more to be humble because you gain more than success .Be strong when you are weak ,be brave when you are scared and  be humble when you are victorious.

This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

"Integrity is the heart of character"

Complete integrity has to encompass humanity. It is centered on humanity for humanity comes from being human being.Integrity then distiguishes one human being from another ,it is a trait that every leader has to posses or at least strive to have.Leaders with integrity are honest, reliable, truthfull and upright. They have a personal image to build and protect.Integrity is not gained from college or university but it is a leadership element that one has to self -cultivate for it has a lot to do with firm adherence to moral uprightness."Integrity is the heart of character" .It builds trust, facilitates the setting up of higher   standards and does not compromise.

Creating Valuable People Relations part 1

Most organizations are evaluated using the value of assets that the organization has.  People are busy valuing their worth using the financial and material possessions that they have. This is an easy way of evaluating the worth of an organization that can be easily ascertained and accepted across board. While money and possessions determine our worth there is one great resource which is the base and foundation of all resources that a lot of people hardly consider if at all they consider it. This foundation and basic resource is the Human Capital/ Resource of an individual or organizations. Many contemporary writers and authorities on leadership and management have grasped this fundamental truth and now prescribe it to organizations and leaders whom they advise. John C Maxwell always say that, “everything rises and falls on leadership.”  I totally subscribe to his assertion. It is a leader’s attitude towards his people that determines the productivity of his people. There are...
