For the mass exodus of your skilled children?

Who have flocked to the West?

In search for ‘greener’ pastures

That has seen some of them being the worst

In their quest for survival

What kind of a mother are you?

You give birth and dump...

You give life with one hand and take with the other

Your sons and daughters have become destitute

When you are so pregnant with resources

From land to minerals

From gold to diamond

All we have seen are funerals

Yesterday you fought colonialism,

Nepotism!!

Today you are the master of neo-colonialism

When shall you account dear Zimbabwe?

When shall you account for all these negative isims?

Your children are calling you to account

For they have a mission

That needs to reach a completion

So that they can be joy and jubilation in the nation

More ululations in celebration of victory

You have been called to fight...

Fight together.

Fight who?

Fight corruption,

Fight immorality,

Fight brutality,

Fight discrimination,

Fight poverty in order to bring economic liberty.

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around.The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years,scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision.
