Just do it !!

The most frustrated people are those who have never tried, for cowards die many times before they die but the valient die once .Remember to try in life for success is measured basing on how many tries you have turned into triumphs.Failure is measured according to how many times you have not done anything at all!!.Stay motivated for greatness www.njabulomoyo.blogspot.com

true that IM, personally i dont have respect for people who have never failed in life cause they dont have a story to tell or share, that is set to inspire me to greater heights. A person should narrate his/ her experience showing how they stood against all odds to be what they are in life..

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler  ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around. The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years, scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for  the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

As the nurses rushed around I moved closer to get a good look at what was happening, though it seemed impossible for anyone to have missed me no one seemed to notice me. As I got closer to the bed fear gripped me and

Mentoring is a relationship that is based on inspiration, encouragement, teaching, truth and reality. Is between the one who inspires (mentor) and the one who is mentored (protégé).mentoring can be at many levels, for example spiritual mentors, peer mentors financial mentors amongst others. Rusty Bernstein argues that   :“Mandela’s endurance and charisma made him the symbol of our struggle --- Tambo’s single-mindedness and diplomatic skills sponsored the worldwide campaign against apartheid ---- And Sisulu, the ‘father of them all’, set the strategic directions and the standards of humanity and comradeship which characterised the SA liberation movement.’ At some point the above mentioned leaders were mentors and still mentoring people for a good mentor continues to have influence even after their death.   The following are some of the traits of a good mentor as exhibited by Jesus •   He dialogued . •   He illustrated truth by pointing to the commonplace and by telling obscure parable
