Hearty Wounds

Like a dog

Like a leper
My body is painted with wounds
Wounds so bloody juicy
Fresh, oozing with pain

A lifetime weeper ...

Still licking wounds from brutality
Struggling with these emotions
Emotions so strong
Never to come out
Like Bob in the bottle

Black boots
Button stick
boxing
punching bag

My heart is in flames
My soul has been flashed out
tears of blood
unmemorable memories of Memory...

I thought you will never go
Now that you are gone
I lick the wounds in my heart
Maybe you will come back
To never depart

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler  ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around. The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years, scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for  the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

This is an easy way of evaluating the worth of an organization that can be easily ascertained and accepted across board. While money and possessions determine our worth there is one great resource which is the base and foundation of all resources that a lot of people hardly consider if at all they consider it. This foundation and basic resource is the Human Capital/ Resource of an individual or organizations. Many contemporary writers and authorities on leadership and management have grasped this fundamental truth and now prescribe it to organizations and leaders whom they advise. John C Maxwell always say that, “everything rises and falls on leadership.”  I totally subscribe to his assertion. It is a leader’s attitude towards his people that determines the productivity of his people. There are...

FEAR ,NO FEAR! Move from a moaners and a groaners to movers and shakers

Fear kills more people than death .In order to have self motiavation  you need to acknowledge your fears. That you fear something is a first positive step towards setting your mind free for fear is truly and purely a mind game. You can overcome your fears, yes you can all you need is to take the next essential move   of practical action oriented. It is this action step that determines whether we challemge and change the way things are done or we just conform to situations and rot inside us in fear and our dreams are buried inside our hearts. As a  result we cheat the world of an important leadership gift and seed that is in us  .We can overcome our fears by  challenging the way things are done.     Fear can be simple defined as:   F-alse E-vidence A-ppearing R-eal As leaders we become effective when we first deal with our internal fears, for the world out there is built on fear of the unknown whilst success is...
