She is a dreamer who is ready to take part in the inception of a great impact to change people’s lives. Her call is to strengthen, purify, motivate and lead through knowledge. Her dream is to read a history novel that states that poverty, oppression, gender inequality, unemployment was once considered as the world’s deadliest disease which has been cured. Looked at as a light house with wise words and advice Emily has mentored and awaken people in a spiritual and physical way. Living by the motto “I will speak till justice is served for breakfast" the young lady is here to serve you.

The protector, the brave, the fighter, the hunter, the LION! Which is the inner lion that represents you, the king or the group member? Is the lion in you a hunter or the prey, the brave or the coward, protector or protected fighter or fought? Have you given yourself time to communicate with yourself to find the lion you are? If not I say it is time you listen to your own roar and be the lion you oath to be. Illuminate yourself and let the inner lion in you hunt for what you desire for, let it fight for what you believe in and overcome its fears by being brave and courageous. Let the lion protect its fortress, beliefs, goals, relationship, love, pride and territory. It is time to be the Head in the big scheme than the group member who lives by another man’s call. The roar of the inner lion is more powerful than a dream a great man has, it is now the act of inception a dreamer had (the reality). The inner lion is the foot step to a different view in life; it is the beginning of the king in you. His majesty leads and lets them follow; he is a conqueror, a discerner at large and has an inner lamb that will calm him down to be the lion he is. His clothed with the skin of a lion showing royalty, strength and power with pride, he is the king and only he and now I say to you let the king in you reign.

Money :Is it the greatest source of motivation?

Some call it cash money, imali, muler  ,some say its the love of it is the root of all evil whilst others say it makes the world go around. The most interesting thing about money is that some of us cannot leve without it and neither can they live with it for to them its a case of "more money more problems" .Over the years, scholars have argued that: "the greatest source of motivation is money.Well we all need money as a means of exchange and to facilitate trade transactions and a store of value .However ,to a greater extent money has failed to motivate many people for  the greatest motivator is a strong, clear and passionate vision. This surpasses the desire for money or any gain whatsoever!Money cannot buy you a vision but a clear vision can get you money.

Hour glass

"Again, again!" a voice echoed in my head "on 3 ok, 1-2-3" at that cue I felt electricity run through my body and I wished I could scream. The voice went on but slowly fading away, the beeps and the noises their shoes made too. Eventually it was totally silent and nothing made a sound. Scared to open my eyes because I had no memory of what had happened last I heard voices. The more I heard the voices the more I got scared, then that beeping sound again, now a little irritating then the voices got louder and louder. Curiously I slowly opened my eyes with a soft groan to the light in my eyes. Looking around I could tell I was in a theatre, four nurses and a doctor stood around a bed and the doctor's voice dominated the room with him giving orders. As the nurses rushed around I moved closer to get a good look at what was happening, though it seemed impossible for anyone to have missed me no one seemed to notice me. As I got closer to the bed fear gripped me and
